Penny provides a complete end-to-end interface for everyone involved. Visitors use the Penny app or website to find sites, book, pay, and access sites. They then use their Penny key to swipe to activate and pay for onsite services such as showers, laundry, power, EV charging, dump stations and access to communal areas.
